Do I need a prescription or doctor’s note to rent equipment?
No you do not need a prescription. You just have a need for medical equipment.
How far in advance should I book my rental?
We need at least 24 hours notice for delivery. Less than 24 hours will be a surcharge of $30.00.
Can someone else (like a caregiver or hotel concierge) receive or return the equipment on my behalf?
Yes as long as they have your name and number and you have clarified it with us ahead of pick up time.
Is the equipment sanitized between rentals?
Yes the equipment is sanitized after pickup and before delivery to customers.
Do you offer delivery outside of your normal service area or to specific venues (airports, events, hospitals, etc.)?
Yes we do. We have a 75-100 mile radius depending on equipment. The equipment can be delivered to any location as long as it has an official physical address.
